Refund policy

All items are Final Sale. You may exchange your item for a different size or style.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It is at the discretion of Summer Daze Boutique.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.

Sale/Discounted items
All sale items are Final Sale. No Returns or Exchanges. Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
All items are individual inspected before they are shipped. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise if your item(s) are damaged/defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at summerdazeboutique@gmail.com.

Shipping
To exchange your product, please email summerdazeboutique@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
